I've been running kitchens in Boston for about 15 years now. I've been deeply focused on seafood in recent years, and am hoping to open a seafood-focused restaurant soon in my neighborhood of Jamaica Plain, but my full repertoire is much broader. My influences are mostly European and North African, but I also have a strong background in Asian and Latin cuisine. I have strong relationships with specialty food purveyors in the city, so the world is truly your oyster when it comes to planning a menu. I'm open to any meal structure, and would love to work with you to create the perfect evening.
