About
Chef Emmanuel Piqueras was born and raised in Lima, Peru. He's a Surfer and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. His food talks in the direction of sustainability and nutrition.
He attended “Le Cordon Bleu” culinary school in Lima, Peru. He then worked two years in San Sebastián, Spain, at the iconic 3 star Michelin restaurant, Arzak. He then made the rounds at some of America’s top Peruvian kitchens, including Limon in San Francisco, Andina in Portland, OR, Panca in NYC among others.
