Im semi retired this is just a labor of love that I do and I have an assistant . My Dad was a Chef who worked in 5 star resteraunts and I Now have his hand written recipes for events up to 300 people and My Grandfather was a Baker who had 13 kids lol Bakers dozen true story...I learned how to cook and bake at a young age...from old timers who only used the best fresh ingredients and everything was homemade from scratch
