There is nothing like a home-cooked meal. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is James Myers. Food is a passion of mine and I’d like to share that passion with you. My culinary skills are self-taught, birthed out of instinct and spending many hours in the kitchen perfecting recipes. My dishes aren’t pretentious, but flavorful, and filling. In other words, I’m not intimidated by calories, nor should you be. Life is short, Eat well! Let me share my passion for cooking with a dinner that will leave you thoroughly satisfied. I’m talking comfort food graciously served right in your home.
With twenty-five years in the food service industry, I’m ready to cater to your every need. I offer intimate residential catering for two to ten guests. You entertain while I wow your guests with food so mouth-watering, you’ll wish the chef never had to leave. A few of my prefix menus are listed below.
