Ive been a chef for 30 years and have owned my own bars and a restaurant in the past.

I’m very passionate about communicating with you about what uou like and what your preferences are and exceeding that in my cooking skills.

I’m a master chef and master tiki bartender.

My food menu choices range from Italian, Mexican, south western, bbq, Asian, Hawaiian, New England seafood, steaks, hibachi, Chinese, sushi making, baking, pastry & desserts.

I have a giant picture portfolio of a lot of my dishes. GF available no problem.
