I'm passionate about cooking fresh, balanced, mouthwatering meals & bringing the elegance & convenience of fine dining to the home. I have a year of experience as a personal chef catering date nights/parties/holiday dinners etc as well as providing weekly meal prep, complete with labels & reheat instructions for clients. Busy week? How about a few servings of Indian butter chicken over rice or Italian wedding soup to reheat at your convenience?

I'm most experienced in Italian cuisine (I visit Italy frequently to see in laws & cook with nonnas) Mediterranean (my personal favorite, & I've worked in a Mediteranean grille) & bit of Asian but I'm excited to expand my repertoire to meet clients' tastes.
