My name is Joseph Gibson I'm 51 work as a chef at continental cafe and vending and a part time job for flex n gate Inc. I've been cooking for more than 35 years graduate of the macomb Community College culinary arts program. Graduated with a 3.7 GPA. I also wrote a 26 page paper on type 1 and 2 dietabeties I cook for sick and elderly certified in all safety and cooking temperature and protocols I feel that cooking is a great way to meet people spark a conversation or teaching it's all love for me I strive to give my very best as a professional in this business .
