I am a well rounded chef that loves challenges and making clients happy! I was born and raised here in Minnesota! I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a A.A.S degree in the culinary arts. I’ve worked at a melting pot of restaurants. From steakhouses to Turkish cooking and Latin American to Native American cooking. A big thing for me is being calm, relaxed, and focused during service. Also eating with your eyes first is key to a great dish.
