European and Pacific Northwest trained chef. 35 years of experience in the field, well traveled through Europe starting with an apprenticeship in Northern Italy. All food is cooked from scratch using organic products. I also do specialized dietary restrictions as well. I am also trained in identifying and pairing wines with certain types of foods, along with beer and spirits.
