I am a scratch restaurant chef from Alaska who relocated to Minnesota. I am seeking to work with people to plan and execute the perfect menu for their perfect day. Understanding that time and budget are truly the only constraints, I will ask you a few questions about your gathering, about your palate, and about your expectations for me, and create a few menu options for you to choose from. We can tweak the menu up to a week before the event, but after that, to ensure we're able to gather ingredients in a timely manner, it's locked in.
I have 22 years experience working as a chef. I am also a certified Servsafe Food Safety Manager; I take food safety seriously.
