About
I’ve always enjoyed cooking since I was a young boy. When I was old enough I started working in restaurants wherever I could. I spent two years in an intensive culinary program winning several cooking competitions and representing Missouri at a national competition. Nothing brings me more enjoyment than cooking for others. The most important part that sets my dinners apart from others is the personal experience, we offer the guest the ability to see the cooking happen along with history and knowledge about where the food was sourced. We handle any dietary needs and will do any style of food.
