Hello, I'm Aarick, chef / owner of Soul to Fork, LLC based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have always had a passion for cooking. Some of my earliest memories are of cooking lessons from my granddad, and of "working" in his garden. Those lessons learned at an early age led me into an education at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. I've been a professional chef for over 26 years now, and those same lessons still inspire me to this very day.
