What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process depends on the client and what the needs are. You will always receive a personalized service with me. A phone call and email inquiry begin the process and we will build an executive plan to cover everything that you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience. I attended Appalachian State University and studied Film and Communications. I also added Art to my curriculum to learn more about the creative side of the business. The art side allows me to stay creative with my clients and the communications allow me to fully understand my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not fully believe in a standard rate. I work with each client’s budget. I will always highlight costs and to be honest I never add obsessive fees. I love what I do and I take honor in my work and will never overprice my services.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in 2008, in a walk-in-closet in my parent's townhome. I started as an Executive Film Producer and over the years as my clients began to expand so did my services. I wanted to help my client’s save money so they did not have to hire multiple companies to fulfill their needs. I'm a one-stop shop for all of your photography and video production needs.
