What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call, text, email. We provide cake tasting if needed for service fee starting at $50.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 plus years of baking plus growing up with my mother and grandmother being in the kitchen, also have a pastry chef degree. I continue to attend workshops to keep my skills up and a Food manager certification.

How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to do what I loved after I retire from military, I started baking for friends, family and co workers and just decided to open my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all different type and kind of customers. It's very few that don't like sweets. But we have customers that are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, Vegan, and on Keto diet.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm fond of All events because it's making customers happy. I love having fun and I love seeing the look on our customer face when they take a bite into our delicious gourmet desserts.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, start looking early because the good bakers stay busy to lock your date in. And you get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they are willing to spend, the time it takes to do what they want and most of all designing.
