Hello great people. I'm chef Dreiux ( pronounced Drew) a native of Pittsburgh PA, and if I can't tell you anything, I CAN tell you is you've just encountered your unique dining experience. With 26 years of culinary experience and an equal amount of entertainment experience I'll see to it that you're experience is unforgettable and you'll be eager to repeat it or share your experience with others. My background is Italian/ American/Mediterranean but expertly versed in many cultural cuisines. In addition I'm a Vegas trained bartender of 13 years.
