I have been cooking all my life there is nothing I don't make and or cant recreate. I have a very wide range of dishes I have mastered over the years and have worked in many different kitchens across New York I specialize in Italian and American cuisine but I have experience in many different cultures around the world. Everything I make is from scratch and with the highest quality and freshest farm to table foods available please consider me when hiring a chef for a party, event, or just a chef to make daily meals for the whole family. Some people work demanding jobs and long shifts and do not have time to cook 3 meals a day or a big family dinner for the same price as eating out every night you can hire me as your personal chef and not only save money but eat healthier and add more variety to your diet. I also have experience in nutritional planning and diets for losing weight or gaining weight no carb or high protein either way I'm your guy.
