What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to host a free consultation with each client.

During the consultation we take notes and get the full details regarding the occasion. 

From there we'll give a brief description of our services and determine which service will accommodate the occasion.

 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Myself and a few team members have studied at Ashworth Community college with a major in Wedding & Event Planning.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Because each client's needs are different we consult with the potential client first.

Then create custom pricing according to their needs.


How did you get started in this business?

Initially I started out creating custom T-Shirts. During the early stages of opening that business I planned and created my own launch party.

After the business was under way I felt like the event industry was my actual calling.

Therefore, I let a few years go by and studied weddings and events.

Amazingly, here I am today planning Weddings/Events.


What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with many customers of all race, gender  and culture.

We're a service based company therefore we find ourselves doing all kind of things.

From weddings to Dj'ing proms to event staffing and corporate company picnic's.

There really is no limit, my team and I are always a phone call away.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I can't say there is one that stands out from the other.

We truly enjoy any opportunity that becomes available!


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

It's very importanr to do your research on the services your requesting.

If you have a budget in mind stick to it!

Don't allow the potential "Pro" to over charge you for their services. Also make sure the potential Pro is registered and insured incase of any mishaps!
