HEY EVERYONE; its time to cancel the corporate conglomorates standing between artists and their communities by buying up all the top google placements, pushing independent businesses out of any reasonably affordable visibility and then forcing vendors to pay fees to some foreign entity with a website to access just the ability to quote potential clients in our own local areas or "Middle-Man" culture as we, at ef Ocho, like to refer to it by. Sites like Fash, the Knot and wedding wire dont provide a service to you the client, nor to vendors, the "top professionals" arent vetted in any way like they allude, they simply favor the highest paying subscribers, place a barrier between clients and vendors then charge vendors to cross it. Just your typical run of the mill "create a problem, sell the solution" corrupted business practices. Legal? Yes. Ethical? NO; But not surprising from "services" that suggested using other photographers images without permission in my portfolio when I refused to buy more leads due to the low booking rate. And when I say "low" I'm being nice because its actually zero jobs booked from fash, in fact a sales person from one of these sites who called to try and sell more "leads" told me that typically one would have to spend at least $1500 on leads before booking just one single job and they truly believe that is totally okay! Make a tangible positive impact in your communities artists lives by connecting with vendors directly and help us cancel middle man culture now!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laura is a self taught photographer with 10+ years experience in the industry. she began learning on 35mm film in 1999 and converted to digital in 2009 which is the year we opened our photography business as well. Laura is very proficient in the latest versions of Adobe photoshop & lightroom so we handle all of our editing in house and can easily meet any retouching needs you may have. Our current expertise is portraiture; everything from traditional, fine art & boudoir to seniors, engagements, events, families and pets. Laura has also photographed several weddings and we are actively seeking any opportunity to add more weddings to our workflow at this time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a pricing standard that is immediately available upon request; however, at this time I dont prefer to post it publicly as we are still building a commercial body of work so we wouldnt want to miss out any opportunity on account of our posted rates not fitting within a client's particular budget, plainly stated: WE WANT TO WORK WITH ALL OF YOU, we can work with any budget, SO JUST ASK!! =]
