Chef Prince Singh Khandpure has a multi-cuisine exposure and this helped him gain a deeper understanding of spices and how to combine and celebration in to guest meals. Having started his career with Indian cuisine, he also practices Italian, French and Tex-Mex(from Texas USA) cuisine. He has acquired a lot of skills and experience working with the best celebrity chefs in the world, most popular names are Chef Imtiaz Ali Qureshi, Chef Ahmed Ali Qureshi from ITC Maratha, The Luxury Collection Hotels Mumbai, India and Chef Brian Archibald from CIA (Culinary Institute of America). Chef Prince started working part- time as Kitchen Supervisor.
