What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Custom Clothes:
Customers come in with a picture or idea of what they want. We find the correct fabrics and materials to present. The customer then chooses every detail. Then our tailors and seamstresses come and take the proper measurements. 4-6 weeks later we have a finished product ready for the first fitting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a board certified master designer with the CTDA (Custom Tailors & Designers Association). Also, all of our tailors and seamstresses are masters with a combined 148 years of working in the industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we have a set price for all work. Keep in mind we are a professional tailoring shop. We are not the local dry cleaners.

•hem $20
•adjust waist $20
•slim pants $20 per leg
•adjust sleeve length $20 per sleeve
•adjust gown length 1st layer $50 2nd layer $20 *wedding gowns may be priced differently depending on amount of detail on the gown.
•taper jacket $20 per seam
How did you get started in this business?
We started 8 years ago as traveling tailors. Now we are a successful store front operation. Hard work and dedication pays off.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who loves fashion and helping others more than the money. In fashion hire someone with passion.
