Chef Alethea Green, commonly known as "Chef Soul", is the owner/operator of Magics Catering 🎩 LLC established in 2012, and also was the Lead Line chef for the Hilton in Short Hills New Jersey. Ive iptained my Commercial Kitchen Diploma in 2011 and is Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certified. My passion for cooking began at the tender age of 12 and after working for 17 years as a Municipal Court Employee. Ive taken the 1st leap of faith and embarked on a career path that matched my passion for cooking. I have an affinity for cooking and preparing all types of meals but, Mediterranean flavors are my favorite. I specialize in preparing meals from scratch with unique flavor profiles that will enlighten all taste buds! There is no Venue to small or large everyone is VIP
