I know Chef Chris through a mutual friend and recommended him to my boss to cater a big company event. Im not an event coordinator, but I handled all of the logistics for this particular event, and Chris eased my nerves from start to finish. He was super responsive, organized and proactive with all of the correspondence - even asking questions to make sure I had all of my bases covered (beverages, food storage, etc). We received AMAZING feedback about the food and day-of prep and service and Im so grateful to him for making this event a success. I highly recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is always best to hop on a quick call to discuss the client’s expectations. This way, we are able to create a completely customized menu for for their needs. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Chef Chris Nirschel, owner and Executive Chef, was classical trained at the French Culinary Institute and has worked with Michelin Star chefs all over the world to expand his knowledge and expertise in the culinary field.
