Started out cooking with Mom, upon graduation of high school enroll in Mesa College,San Diego with Culinary Arts / Assiociate Arts Degree

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Try to have a specific idea of what you are interested in eating or tasting.

Having an idea of the type of food they want to enjoy.
