What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a over view what the client is looking for.
Support client in creating a menu based on budget.
After agreement is made on menu of choice we send invoice for down payment on event and to reserve date.
We send a official menu to be shared with guest.
Deliver food for requested date and time of choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training provided by cooking in 5 star restaurants for 10yrs as a head chef.
