Chardae Hudson is a 9 year chef with expertise in cooking seasonal food items from scratch from all around the world. Chef Chardae has cooked for a Michelin gourmand restaurant ( The Eveleigh) for 6 years as a line-cook/sous chef in the Beverly Hills , Los Angeles area to cooking 3 years as a private chef for the stars of Hollywood ! She loves to remember her roots through cooking and really enjoys cooking soul food and creole food, but not only that, she is great when it comes to making Latin cuisines, pastas , sauces … you name it ! Whatever your taste buds desire Chef Chardae will for sure be the one to satisfy!

I highly recommend Chef Chardae for your next event or dinner party. She worked with me to host a special Birthday Brunch for my wife (15-25 guest) and we were absolutely delighted with her and the delicious food she prepared for us. She was very professional, my friends and family loved how much she was engaging with us, she even worked with me on dietary restrictions some guest had. Her multi-course meal items tasted beyond amazing and were beautifully presented. When we finally emerged from the dining room, the kitchen was completely clean and the leftovers were packed away in the fridge. I really enjoyed collaborating and planning our event with Chef Chardae and have already told a number of my friends and colleagues about our excellent experience with her. We are impressed by her talents and will definitely use her again when hosting a dinner party.
