Hi, my name is Monica and I’ve been working in vegas as a Sous chef/personal chef for the last 8 years. Before moving to Vegas I was working in Washington state, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and California. Being in the military has kept me on the go for many years.
I’ve graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2004 (culinary arts).

I am handicapped and cannot stand very long to cook. Monica had been cooking for me for more than a year. She is neat, cooks delicious meals, and is very helpful. Once a month she would shop for ingredients, cook enough for me for about a month, pack the food containers for freezing, and leave a very clean kitchen! Much healthier than TV dinners, and more reasonable than ordering in food. Very highly recommended!

Monica is extremely professional when it comes to her craft of cooking as a chef. She shops and cooks for my family weekly. The meals are planned ahead of time and the quality of food is absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. If you are a busy professional or an older person living alone and would like a variety of meals ready to eat for the week, or even find it expensive to go shopping and not utilize the food that you have purchased, then you will love the services of cooking that Chef Monica offers. By Monica taking over our meal preparation each and every week, it is more cost-effective to have her cook for us than it is for me take the time to shop and prepare our meals. The variety of dishes she offers is endless! Rather you like Italian, Mexican, American, European, Thai, Chinese, or any other type of foods, Monica has the skill set to cook them. I highly recommend Chef Monica for cooking private meals, dinner parties, special events, picnics, or any other gathering you might be considering.
