About
We are the only cooked to order omelette company in our region with no competition in 23 years. We also cater fabulous lunches and dinners. And crepe and waffle stations. Brunches are our specialty for clients celebrating morning after weddings, graduations, birthdays, all life cycle events. We also do bar mitzvah kiddushes and kosher catering at local synagogues. We have many corporate clients, from real estate companies to manufaturing plants. We also provide straight hourly party help and grilling for clients providng their own food. We have fabulous local references and do not advertise. All business is word of mouth and repeat customers.

Determining what they want, what their budget is and visiting the party site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training! I also teach cooking classes (about 10 per year), so I know my stuff after decades. I am a true entrepreneur who has followed her dreams from the ground up with cooking, presentation and running a successful business. Plus, I am a really nice person. Many clients have become my friends.
