If anything I am detail oriented to a fault, I strive for accuracy with respect to quality, in taste, texture, color, flavor and temperature.

I fully understand the chemistry of cooking and that gets the best results out of a large variety of finished products.

I love to cook and taste an item Iv'e created for the first and several times after.

I pay close attention to prices and quantity so as not to waste time, excess product and bottom line, money.

I have worked alone and as a cog in the wheel and am comfortable in both roles, being somewhat "old school", I take pride in my work, areas, proper rotation of product and cleanliness.

All in all I really enjoy cooking, as a livelihood and also as a hobby.
