What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the client’s needs and the budget that they will be comfortable with. I then build a menu according to their requirements and send it to the client. I adjust the menu according to their comments for their final approval.
During the event itself we are responsible for all the service, food, drinks, and cleaning during and after the event.
