Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask the customer if there are any ingredients that should be omitted when cooking. Any allergies or dislikes. Transparency is very important to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught how to cook Peruvian food from my grandmother and mother. When I learned to cook those dishes, I decided to venture out and learn to cook Italian and Thai dishes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have standard prices but once I speak with the individual for more details. The person can tell me what they are looking for as well as how many dishes to prepare. I can cook at the location or provide drop-off individual or buffet style service.
