Our story began when our founder Executive Chef Richardson Michel moved from Haiti to the United States and couldn't find the authentic Caribbean taste he grew up with. He decided to open his first Ti Blanc Cuisine to share his love of Caribbean cuisine with others. Due to covid he was force to shut down. Now that he has opened a new restaurant. He has implemented a fusion of the islands of Jamaica, Haiti, and the Bahamas on a new exciting menu at his new location.

My passion for cooking started since 10 years old so it’s been more than 25 years . I earned a degree in hospitality management (bachelor) In Cameroon.I came in USA in 2016 and pursuing studying in the heath field but my love for cooking and create new recipe were always been there. So I started proposing on the weekend a menu to sale during Covid in 2020 at home . Then how started my catering business . Bijoufood.
