I have been in the food business for 20 yrs I have had the opportunity to work at various locations from neighborhood bars to 5 star restaurants. I'm currently a chef at a private school and I run the Allergen station, meaning the food is free from Gluten,Soy, Dairy and other top allergens. I also do a meal prep weekly, free from those same Allergens. I cook all types of food and I would say from scratch soups are one of my best dishes, a long with Chicken and Beef dishes ( I make a mean Ropa Vieja). I make my food with love and you can definitely taste it in my food!!
