Hey there! My name is Courtney! I have been in the restaurant industry for 12 years and have been a professional chef for 3 years. I love doing private events to help people celebrate their special occasion, whatever it may be! My number one goal is to make sure that my clients have the best possible experience and the least stressful experience. While being a sous chef for some fine dining restaurants and being the executive chef of a kitchen, I had learned how to prepare food for upwards of 250 people. I love the excitement and adrenaline rush of doing special events and the best part of it for me is seeing the happiness that comes over people’s faces when they taste what I prepare!
