Chef Joseph Martinez founded Mindful Earth Creations in 2018, it remained a concept, way of life, and mindset he worked with until 2021. When he and Zoe took the dive to create their products and share this lifestyle with others. Chef Joseph has been a private chef for nearly fifteen years, working throughout the states primarily based on the Hawaiian Islands. Joseph moved to the Big Island in 2020, after fourteen years on Kauai. After finding success as a private chef, Joseph began working with the highly touted concierge company, Pure Kauai, who offer custom luxury estates for A list clientele to stay while on the islands.“I was afforded the opportunity to serve as a private chef for both families and organizations that utilized this premium outlet for their stays. I learned how to balance the dynamics of people’s personal needs while building menus that both wow in ascetics and simply taste good.”In 2020 co-owner of Pure Kauai and creator of Risk for Bliss, Eric Lochtefeld, joined forces with Chef Joseph to create Bliss Island Resort. A purpose built luxury retreat center and resort here on Big Islands Hamakua coast.
