Pastor Alpha Hayward
About
I am the founding and senior Pastor of Revolution Church in Portland, OR. We believe in loving God and loving people. We do believe that the Bible is Truth so we teach and preach the Bible. We love to reach the lost and see lives transformed by the love of Jesus.
Marriage is something that is very important to the Lord. It’s not a contract, it’s a covenant. I enjoy officiating weddings because I see how marriages are an example of the love of God.

After we connect via phone or email, I like to personally meet with the couple. After that, discuss marriage counseling and wedding plans.

I have been a pastor for over 22 years. I have an associates degree and a certificate of completion in “integrated marketing and advertising.” I own a small business, alphasautodetail.com, so I am and entrepreneur who is bi-vocational. Also, I have been married for 22 years. I still am married. I am also a licensed and ordained minister with the Foursquare denomination.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price for weddings is $300. The cost can be more based on travel and how many meetings are needed.
How did you get started in this business?
I was mentored in the Ministry since I was a teenager. I knew God called me into ministry when I was 10 years old.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I meet and minister to folks from all walks of life. I officiate weddings for folks that I see are ready for marriage. I believe what the Bible says about marriage so it is important that the couple understands what the Bible says about marriage as well. I am a Pentecostal Christian so I officiate Christian weddings only.
