Hello I am a fresh culinary graduate, I started my food journey when I was 17 I got my first apartment and started selling plates of all kinds of different food and I decided I wanted to go to school and learn more now that I’m finished I grew more love for the medicinal side of food and how to self heal while recreating our favorite soul and cultured dishes into a healthier form but with the same amazing tastes! I can accommodate to anyone’s preferred diet but I encourage a plant based alkaline diet. Although it’s not easy or fast I’m here walk with you through your self healing journey at your pace! especially if you have health issues I’ve got the remedy to clear anything right up from detoxes, natural cold and flu remedies,cramp pains to whatever you can think of I’m your gal!
