A Portland, Oregon native, I've been an artist all of my life and have a degree in graphic design. Providing custom tattoos, I can work in many different tattoo styles. Having experimented with almost every type of art, I enjoy the challenge of tattooing. Working together with people on their tattoo projects, hearing their stories and collaborating with them to create their perfect tattoo is super fulfilling. And I enjoy making people happy. :-)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have them come in for a free consultation, where we discuss their tattoo ideas in great detail. (Hopefully they have read all of the information n my website.) Then I take a deposit from them, create a custom, full scale drawing and then ink them. They leave amazingly happy. :-)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in graphic design and have worked in many different artistic media. I completed a traditional tattoo apprentiship in 2005 and have been tattooing ever since.

Yes, I charge by the hour at $140 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2004 I came back home to Portland from a trip to India, Nepal and Tibet. I decided to look into becoming a tattoo artist, interviewed at Icon Tattoo and then completed an apprentiship there.

I've worked with all kinds of people, from young to old, with all kinds of orientations and cultures.
