About

I have been tattooing now for almost 30 years. I have traveled to most of the states and had Adventure’s with so many clients. So many fun pieces to create and so many friendships have blossomed from my artwork. Tattoos with me are an experience to be had. I don’t just tattoo, I entertain and am genuine when it comes to admiration of people. My art speaks for itself and my attitude makes a comfortable atmosphere no matter where I am so let’s set something up near you or make the trek to Central Oregon and let’s have an adventure and do some art. My Instagram is primoredemption

my Facebook is under Leon Antonio Rosales or Leon “Primo” Rosales. There are two pages so as to not miss me Hahahahaah.

The ideas. So many people with so many creative ideas. The better the idea the better the adventure. I love pushing myself to do something new.

    Frequently asked questions

I normally begin with a consultation where we can determine the artwork.

Then we move on to making an appointment where I do require a $100-$200 deposit depending on the type of session you book.

Then I begin drawing. I normally have the artwork ready before hand but rarely share it until the u ceiling at the time of appointment.

Some pieces require me to “Freehand” the artwork which I absolutely love doing.

Then it’s time for your artwork. Let’s do this.

I have been tattooing since I was a teenager. I’m about to be 42 this year and I have trained and tattooed all over the world. 29 years in this field and I am constantly learning more and more. I do believe there will never be enough learning. This industry is constantly evolving and improving. And so am I.

Normally I like to just stick to doing larger pieces. My pricing for such is as follows.

Full day sessions $1,000 with a $200 deposit for a balance of $800 at time of appointment. Full day sessions are normally 7/8 hours but can reach up to 10 depending on your level of tolerance.

Half day sessions are $650 with a $100 deposit for a balance of $550 at time of appointment. Half day sessions are normally 4 hours but can reach to 5 depending on your level of tolerance.

I tattooed all the neighbor kids when I was a teenager and well, it just blossomed throughout the years. Then finally I became a licensed professional who can tattoo in any state and or country. This industry is constantly teaching me new ways to evolve and always teaching me to be humble. I love what I do and hope that you will too.

I work with EVERYONE. There is no project that I cannot tackle or direct you to who can.

My favorite event would have to be the Evergreen Invitational and Education conventions. My friends and colleagues in this industry all attend and I meet new ones each year. This event holds so much talent and opportunity to learn that I will never miss it.

Do your research. Period. Make sure the artist knows what he/she is doing!

I’m open to any and all questions.
