I focus on the couple, not the guests.
Helping a couple process the start of their marriage together.
Dave was absolutely the greatest possible minister and friend we could have ever imagined for this service. There were a lot of messy family issues he was there to work through with us, kept everything put together and just kept us sane throughout all the preparation. I could not recommend him enough to everyone!
Dave is one of the best. He’s very organized, thorough, and really spiritually guides you through any pre-martial questions or concerns that pop up (you will have some... trust me. Especially through premarital counseling). Did I also mention that he travelled from PA to Missouri just to officiate? Yes, he Skyped us for every premarital session, and flew for our special weekend. He’s simply the best. There’s no one else I would have rather married us. If you don’t pick Dave, you’re really missing out.
Our overall experience was five stars. Dave led us through the entire process and made us completely comfortable. He did an excellent job planning the ceremony and it went off flawlessly. We are very thankful.
David was professional, prepared, and personal. He was one of the pieces that added to making our ceremony feel like “us”. We could rely on his guidance and not be worried about flow of the ceremony. He was an excellent officiant!
I would prefer we meet together at least twice to ensure we’re on the same page with order of service and expectations. This can be done via video conferencing or in person. I will run the rehearsal if scheduled, and perform the ceremony as well.
Ordained minister through the Evangelical Congregational church. Graduate of Lancaster Bible College.
I do. We can discuss this through the hiring process.
I was already a pastor. Made sense to offer my availability.
I love weddings!
I care more about you than me. Some wedding ministers are only in it for the cash. I want to help make your day what you’re hoping for.
Primarily the religious affiliation. Marriage is based so specifically in religious precedents that it will be important to be on the same page.
