What truly make me happy is the joy and look on all my customers faces when they taste my food. I worked in hospitality for 20 years and I know well I believe that I know what people want and that gives me joy. I have food beverages and great customer service experience. I just love cooking and changing the way healthy food is perceived. Plus I also embellish all American and southern classics.
