I have been a professional Chef for over 15 years. Although I this has been my professional career, I started cooking and working in family owned restaurants from a very young age. I have worked for some of Philadelphia’s and San Francisco’s top restaurants and attended one of the country’s top culinary schools. I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine but am well versed in all cuisines and only use the freshest ingredients and cook as seasonally as possible.
