Loved Chef Fred's professionalism as well as his "down home" mannerism. I was very comfortable working with him for my event. The cuisine was plentiful (way more than what I expected) and delicious. I would absolutely consider using Southern Cuisine Catering Svcs again,

DJ Sho Off has set the mood for the UASE for the past 3 years. His intuitive selection of sounds keep the crowd immersed in our themes and our celebrity guest like Michael Jai White aka Spawn, Black Dynamite and Bronze Tiger along with Nafessa Williams aka Thunder and Blackbird from Black Lightning are definitely feeling the vibes as he helps guide the pulse of our Urban Action Expo event which focuses on diversity and honoring the multicultural achievements in the blockbuster Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi, Martial Arts, Superhero and Supernatural genres. DJ Sho Off joined our NY Comic Con event last year and helped us take our promotions to the next level. I recommend his services if you are looking for a unique entertainment experience backed by professionalism and punctuality. Just make sure you don't try to book him on my dates else we are going to have a problem! Lol

Carl was fantastic from day 1! He was very informative and quick to respond to any calls or emails. The day of the wedding we had no worries because they had everything perfectly in order. The music was amazing and our family and friends danced ALL night!! They played all genres of music and couldn’t have been better! I only heard Jim a few weeks ago for the first time.I honestly am blown away by his talent! I love everything about Jim, his personality, his voice, & he is very kind. I hope one day I can come out that way from Idaho to see a live performance, that would be a dream come true! I love how Jim acknowledges the fact that their will only & ever be One Elvis, but I tell you, Jim is as clause as we are going to get in my opinion! I love how Jim does his performance with Elvis & Friends across America, & then because he couldn’t get everyone’s requests in, he goes on his own time after the show to try to include everyone! I cannot day enough good, Jim is one of a kind & we are all blessed to have him bringing his beautiful music in to our homes during this time! Thanks so much!
