Hi, I’m Rob Rodriguez, and I help couples create wedding days that are meaningful, seamless, and beautifully grounded.
For more than 20 years, I’ve served as an ordained minister, wedding officiant, and trusted communicator—standing with couples during one of the most important moments of their lives. I specialize in personalized wedding ceremonies that are warm, intentional, and reflective of each couple’s story, values, and vision.
In addition to officiating, I also offer MC and host services for ceremonies and receptions. With decades of experience speaking, hosting, and leading in both formal and relaxed settings, I help guide the flow of your day—making announcements clear, transitions smooth, and moments feel natural rather than scripted.
Couples often ask for help beyond words—and that’s where my wardrobe and fashion consulting comes in. I work with couples (and wedding parties) to think through style, tone, and presentation, ensuring attire aligns with the formality of the day, the venue, and the overall aesthetic. We are so incredibly grateful for Rev. Robert Rodriguez and the special role he played on our wedding day. One of the most meaningful moments was when he took the time to pray over our rings before we exchanged them—it was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that we’ll never forget. He carried himself with grace and professionalism, and even made sure our marriage certificate was mailed out promptly.

I have to say he is very flexible. Our situation was different from most. It being, we were getting remarried to each other. It is a very long story but through grace patience and faith we were able to rekindle our love. It has a lot to do with the the family like church and our willingness to open our hearts. The flexibility I was speeking about was at the times we were to meet with pastor Rob my husband was working in DC. He would let us do our meetings on the phone, 3 way. We love our church family and would highly suggest Pastor Rob.

Pastor Robs sunday services are both relatable to your own life exsperiance and informational on the bible in a way thats easy to understand. My husband and I went to pre-marital classes as well with Pasror Rob of which we were able to better learn how to communicate with eachother and strengthen our marriage through the lord. We went through a six week course that really changed the way we see our marriage in everyday life. When Pastor Rob married us later that year he made us feel special and more united as a family, he trully cares about the big picture and has continued to take interest in our family and how we are doing. We have never felt more at home with a church as we have with Pastor Rob running the show.

Pastor Rob is very personal. He is realistic, not judgemental, upfront, & uplifting. He made us feel like family, he spoke to us not down on us. He teaches the word of the gospel in a way that almost anyone could understand it, which really helps God’s word get through to people, to us.

I start with a conversation to understand your story, vision, and needs. From there, I provide clear next steps and a simple plan—whether I’m officiating, hosting, or offering wardrobe consulting. I stay accessible throughout the process and fully present on the day of your event so everything feels meaningful, smooth, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister with formal pastoral training and over 20 years of experience in public speaking, ceremony leadership, and event hosting. My background includes ongoing education in communication, leadership, counseling, and relational dynamics. I also have hands-on experience in wardrobe and style consulting, helping individuals and couples align presentation with the tone and formality of important events.

I offer base pricing starting at:
• Wedding Officiant Services: starting at $300
• MC / Host Services: starting at $300
• Wardrobe & Style Consulting: starting at $100 per session or flat-rate packages
• Bundled Services: discounted package pricing available
Final pricing is confirmed after a brief consultation based on scope, timing, and travel.
How did you get started in this business?
I began through ministry, officiating weddings for people in my church and community. As couples trusted me with their ceremonies, they also asked me to serve as an MC, help guide the flow of the day, and offer input on presentation and attire. Over time, this naturally grew into a professional service rooted in preparation, calm presence, and meaningful moments.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with couples from a variety of backgrounds, including first-time marriages, blended families, remarriages, and mixed-faith or faith-neutral settings. My experience ranges from intimate ceremonies to larger formal weddings, along with MC and hosting roles. I also work with couples and individuals seeking wardrobe and style guidance to align presentation with their event’s tone and vision.

A recent favorite was an intimate wedding where I officiated and helped host the day.
