I've ran my own food truck for the 6 years. I started with a small smoker from academy sport and now I have a 24' enclosed trailer

How did you get started in this business?
I moved to the upstate in 2003 and felt a void here bcuz there wasn't any great bbq tasting to my liking of the style that I was accustomed to. So I begin to cook in my backyard and when I started to see the demand for it more and more I went full time with it. Since then to now I have the pleasure of travel from state to state and serve some great tasting bbq.
