What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the customers idea on the perfect meal to create it not just here's a menu. I believe as a personal chef / caterer I need to be able to create meals that my client wants not one they have to pick off a set menu.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Army cook Veteran where I spent 10yrs creating meals for hundreds. Once exiting the military I attended The Art Institute of Nashville receiving my degree there. Since Oct 2019 I have been catering and worked ng as a personal chef for several people coming to enjoy the Nashville scene or for companies different parties
How did you get started in this business?
I have wanted to cook since I was a young kid even my recruiter told me I was crazy but I didn't care it's what I like to do
