Charlie was incredibly professional, from being highly communicative & accommodating around menu ideas & options before the event to exuding great energy while preparing the food & explaining each course to our group. The food was plated beautifully & absolutely delicious- best meal I’ve had in a long time & best key lime pie I’ve ever had! He even cleaned every single dish & left our kitchen cleaner than it was before he arrived. We had a fantastic experience with our friends, and it was so much lower stress hosting at our house than being out at a restaurant considering there were babies among our group. If youre looking for a 10/10 dinner experience, I couldn’t recommend Chef Charlie more!
