What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get to understand the needs of the customer. What type of event, how many people, budget, and idea of menu items desired.
Once we have finalized the details a firm proposal is sent. There will be a deposit of 50% of total due to hold the date. And the final payment due at time of arrival on the date of event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and background is nursing, however, We have over 20 years experience in cooking for family and friends. As well as events.

How did you get started in this business?
Food was always shown as a form of love growing up for us. It was a way to give to those we love. A way gather and spend time with each other. We wanted to give back that same love to others. In the state that our world is in, we want to give back that sane feeling of joy, comfort and love that we experienced growing up, and bring people together.. Our goal is to not only to satisfy your appetite, but also to feed your soul!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We catered an event for a birthday party for a young man turning 17. They requested BBQ, and word had gotten all the way to the Bronx about our BBQ brisket, pulled pork, and sides!

The type of food they would like and what their budget is.
