What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i get to know what he has envisioned then I asked for pics or examples of what they got in mind then we set our price then we create the art that they want on their body and finally we start the process from beginning to end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I've been tattooing for 18 years and worked at various tattoo shops in the Dallas area and ive been called one of Dallas great tattoo artists by cw33 and I've also had exhibits at the SMU Museum of some of my artwork and I also have a small Gallery here in my studio. And i belonged to unicorn gallery in my past so i been in the creation for many years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I price by size or hours or a one time fee then we can have as many sessions till the work is complete its up to your budget -i have a100 dollar creating fee for the art you want created - and you can put a deposit for the day of your session which is 50 or you can call for availability incase clients postpone.
How did you get started in this business?
My friends new i could draw and ask me to tattoo them so I got the equipment and off the first hand I fell in love with the work that I created on skin it was like a drug I had to have it I had to create more and more tattoos and for my first tattoo I did pretty good boy I tell you it was a hell of a job and that was like love at first site.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All clients of many ages 65 was my oldest and he was a champ - I've done all styles - I've had many challenges in which i do enjoy - and ive gave them the best .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a military man come in and tell me God sent him to me - that was an experience that had me in wow for I'm a great believer in the Lord Jesus Christ in God for i came to him through life's roads and he came too me after that I've had my own visions and talks with him so i was like omg- my clients i had there said it was like a indiana Jones movie.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Too look at there artist portfolio and not be cheap cause you pay for what you get and its for life.
