I am one of the first business owners inthe state of Texas who has Down Syndrome. We sell custom Hot Dawgs unlike any found throughout the state. I developed a special sauce called “Dawg Sauce” and we serve it on two of our specialty Dawgs. From Heat to Happiness, we serve up fantastic food and fun. I love that people love my Hot Dawgs. My customers are so nice and we love for them to have a great time! I also like the little kids and when people want to take a picture with me. I also like to help people. We give some of our money back to our foundation which helps people like me get jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can visit our website and select Book a Party. Once they decide on their party option, customers are taken to the Booking page where they can select their date and time plus availability. We only have services daily at 11am or 5pm. Customers should select the time slot that is closest to their needs. Contact us by email so we can assist in giving you the exact time you need us to begin service. We are flexible and can accommodate most any party and group. We have parties ranging in size from a minimum of 35 to crowds of 400 and up!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a Vocational Training at Eastern New Mexico University and studied as a prep chef. I always wanted to own a restaurant and I love Hot Dawgs!

Our Food Truck service or Indoor Catering ranges in price from $9 per person to $8 per person. Groups below 100 are $9 per person for a custom Hot Dawg, bag of chips, a dessert item and their choice of either a can of soda, bottle of water or Capri Sun. Groups of 100+ are $8 per person for the same options.
