What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers, set up an appointment for a consultation, "Consultations are free." We talk about what you want;
for Tailoring,
* we pick fabrics, color, style or design, and take measurements. You can buy your fabric or I can find it for you.
* you will receive a quote via email, with instructions on what's next.
* on acceptance of quote, you will recieve an invoice via email (PayPal) which requires 1/2 of payment before work begins.
Customer invitations, the process is the same.
